About Cincinnati Divorce Attorney John Heilbrun

I was born and raised in Cincinnati. I graduated from Walnut Hills High School and received a BA degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. I then attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating in 1977.

I have been assisting people in southwest Ohio with their family and marital law problems for over 30 years. I offer representation to people experiencing such problems in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren Counties. The family law areas of my practice include:

    • Although I strongly believe it is usually in the best interest of my clients and their children to resolve all issues by mutual agreement and outside of the adversarial Court process, I understand that unfortunately this is not always possible. I have substantial experience in litigating such issues as well as in Collaborative Divorce and negotiation, and I can assist you in resolving these issues through whatever process may be necessary.

    I have offices in both Hyde Park and Blue Ash, and I am available to meet with clients and prospective clients by appointment at either office.
